I love these bands - they are so versatile and you can carry them in your gym bag and use when needed!! They come in three levels of resistance: light, medium, and heavy. I have used these bands primarily for leg exercises, but they can also be used for upper body work - it comes with a little handy guide too. They are sturdy, have a great thickness and do not roll up/down your leg like the rubber resistance bands do. These were a great price and I would highly recommend using these for sure!They are portable and easy to use.They are relatively inexpensive.They can be used for a variety of exercises.They are safe and effective for people of all fitness levels.
